Hermes Agent's default output is loud: lots of red/green diff blocks stacked on top of stacked progress comments. yucode is a minimal reskin styled after Claude Code — calm coral accent, neutral grays, no rainbow diff colors fighting each other, and a small custom banner in place of the default mascot art.

What the installer does

• Copies the skin file to ~/.hermes/skins/
• Switches display to the TUI (much more readable than the classic CLI)
• Flips a few display settings — compact mode, new tool-progress style
• Uses the yucode banner instead of the default art

Requirement

A working Hermes Agent install with ~/.hermes/config.yaml present.
